钒钛磁铁矿在攀成钢高炉上的冶炼实践

摘    要:攀成钢炼铁厂3号高炉(335m^3)进行渣中TiO2含量分别为8%、10%、12%、15%四个阶段的工业性试验,通过在烧结和球团中配加一定比例的钒钛矿精粉,提高入炉原料中二氧化钛含量,通过加强原燃料的稳定,强化高炉操作和管理,试验取得了阶段性成功,为攀成钢大规模进行钒钛矿冶炼提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract:With different titaninum content industrial experiments have been taken in No.3 blast furnace.The experiments succeed in improving the titaninum content of raw material by a proportionate V-Ti bearing magnetite refined flour in sinter and pelleting ,enhancing the blast furnace's operation and management by strengthening the stabilization of raw material and fuel.The result is helpful for smelting V-Ti bearing magnetite in macroscale.
