大麻落麻制备粘胶纤维浆粕的蒸煮工艺初探

摘    要:为了寻求能替代粘胶纤维浆粕的原料,本文对用大麻落麻制备粘胶纤维用浆粕的可行性进行了初步的探讨.研究了蒸煮工艺中总碱量、硫化度以及蒸煮时间与纤维素含量的关系,并采用扫描电镜对蒸煮后的纤维进行了观测.实验结果表明:纤维素含量随总碱量的增加而增加,但过量的碱会对纤维造成损伤;扫描电镜(SEM)图片表明大麻落麻经蒸煮后脱除了大量的胶质,其纤维素含量基本上能够达到粘胶纤维生产中对浆粕的品质要求.

Abstract:This paper intended to find a feasible process used for the preparation of the viscose fiber's pulp with hemp noil. The effect of three kinds of factors on the content of cellulose, such as the alkalinity, sulfide degree and boiling time, was studied and the SEM of the boiled cellulose was observed. The results showed that after being boiled, the content of cellulose increased with the augment of alkalinity, but excessive alkali would be harmful to the fiber. The glue had been removed largely so the content of cellulose could satisfy the quality request of viscose fiber.
