某焊接车间通风系统的改造设计

72台壁式离心排风机设于屋面,排风换气次数28次/h;22台壁式离心送风机设于墙面,送风换气次数5次/h,整个车间处于水平断面风速约为0.08m/s的负压状态。这种负压通风虽然在制药厂中已得到成功的应用,但在工程机械焊接车间中的应用尚且不多。投资分析和实测结果表明,与常规通风系统相比,通风效果有明显改善,投资可低5%左右,按一班制计算,年运行费用增加180%左右;由于焊接车间本身切割的噪声大于通风设备的噪声,用户对噪声无异议。负压通风在焊接车间的成功应用,为工程机械焊接车间的通风增添了一种可行的选择。

Ventilation System Retrofit Design of Welding Workshop

72 mural type centrifugal fans are installed on the roof, the change of exhaust air is 28 times/h,22 mural type centrifugal blowers are installed on the wall, the change of inlet air is 5 times/h,the whole welding workshop can be in a negative pressure ventilation whose horizontal section weed speed is about 0.08m/s. Although this negative pressure ventilation has been used much and successfully in pharmaceutical factory, few in welding workshop of machinery yet. The results of field measurement and economical analysis show that the ventilated effect could be improved much clearly, the One-time investment could be reduced by about 5%,the annual operating cost could be increased by about 180% calculating on the basis of bus system ,in contrast to that of traditional ventilation.The noise of cutting in welding workshop is bigger than that of fan, so the users have no objection to the fan noise. The successful case of negative ventilation in welding workshop offers＇another choice to welding workshops of machinery.
