| 摘 要： | 针对渤海湾冬季油气生产受海冰严重影响,提出一套计算机管理系统,该系统中集成了海图、结构报警和预测预报等信息。根据冰区平台的安全性及某一个振动等级下设备和人员的承受能力,计算机系统作出不同等级的报警,为油气田的生产决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | A computer management system is requested for winter petroleum production in the northern part of Bohai Gulf .where offshore activities are seriously influenced by sea ice in winter. Both oceanographic and structural monitoring/forecasting information are integrated in the system, the warnings in different levels will be released according to the monitor /forecast information, considering safety of platforms in ice, and tolerance of equipment and personnel on board at certain level of vibration to assist the operators to make decisions. |
