| Abstract: | Boxi Oil and Gas Plant is one of the key projects in Tianjing and CNOOC, and also is the first plant designed and installed by CNOOC itself. This paper overviews the plant features and design procedures, and focuses on how the design cycle was reduced from nine months to five months. The design quality and cycle both meet the advanced level in China. |
