基于嵌入式系统的工业控制卡设计

摘    要:在基于PC104嵌入式开发平台的接收机研制过程中,信道选择、自动增益控制、压控振荡器控制等任务的完成需要一个通用的控制模块来统一处理,鉴于此应用需求,本文基于研华PCM-3370平台,提出一种基于PC104总线、8255、CPLD的多功能工业控制卡设计,完成了具体的设计及调试工作,对控制卡的原理和实现进行了较详细介绍。主要包括系统硬件结构、CPLD逻辑设计、WDM功能驱动程序以及测试程序等相关要点的阐述。实际测试证明,该控制卡具有可靠性高、体积小、抗震性好的优点,适合于嵌入式系统中的扩展IO控制及需要低速模拟量AD与DA输出的应用,完全满足应用需求。

Abstract:In the project of designing receiver based on PC104 module, the implement of signal channel select, automatic gain control, and voltage controlled oscillator tune need a general controlling module to accomplish. Thus based on the Advantech PCM-3370 Embedded computing module, the design of a multi-function industrial control card based on PC104 bus, 8255 and CPLD is presented. Complete the practical design and testing task. Put forward a detailed introduction of the principle and implementation. Including the system hardware architecture, CPLD logic design, WDM function driver and testing MFC bench.The actual testing result attests that such a control card can meet the application of extended IO and conversion between analog and digital signals. In addition, it has high solidity and excellent aseismatic performance.
