| Abstract: | In general, the material performance, element size and factors ab extra are regarded as random variables of structured reliability design. But the limit of safety work about actual engineering structure or element is fuzzy as well as random. It is more reasonable that it is regarded as fazzy and random event, (i.e. fuzzy) and random reliability design. |
