新场气田沙溪庙组A、B气藏低砂比压裂工艺技术应用研究

摘    要:新场气田沙溪庙组A层、B层气藏是典型的低渗透致密砂岩气藏,采用常规的压裂技术不能满足地层对裂缝的供给能力与裂缝对井筒供给能力相匹配,造成裂缝导流能力的浪费;同时由于地层致密坚硬,施工中经常出现砂堵和泵压异常偏高的情况,导致加砂压裂施工失败。从理论上分析了在新场气田A、B气藏进行低砂比压裂改造的可行性和低砂比压裂优化设计的原则,并开展3口井的现场试验。现场试验表明,低砂比压裂工艺技术克服了常规压裂技术适应性差和施工容易砂堵等技术难题,取得了良好的增产效果和经济效益,在新场气田A、B层气藏具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Reservoir A and B of Shaximiao Formation in Xinchang gas field are the typical low permeability and compact sandstone reservoir. Usually, using the conventional fracturing technology lands in the waste of fracture conductivity in proppant compacted zone. Furthermore, the special situations, such as sand plug and extremely high pump pressure, often occur and result in failure of sand fracturing due to the compact and hard formation. In the paper, the feasibility of fracturing and method of optimized fracturing design with low sand concentration in Reservoir A and B in Xinchang gas field, are described in detail. The successful field tests in three wells show that fracturing technology with low sand concentration has overcome the problems caused by conventional fracturing technology, such as poor adaptability and sand plug, and has obtained good increase production and economic benefit. It is proved that the technology has a wide application prospects in the similar gas reservoir.
