摘    要:分离式热管换热器蒸发段倾斜布置倾角是其关键参数。以某电厂490 t/h循环流化床锅炉烟气余热回收工艺为研究对象,参考以往对分离式热管特性的研究,综合考虑了倾角对分离式热管换热器蒸发段传热特性、流动特性、磨损和积灰特性等方面的影响,确定了蒸发段最佳倾角设计范围为7°~15°,研究结果可为分离式热管换热器在循环流化床锅炉烟气余热回收装置的工艺优化提供参考。

Research on Evaporator Section Inclination Parameters of Separate Type Heat Pipe Exchanger

Abstract:The evaporator section inclination arrangement of separate type heat pipe exchanger is the key parameter.The flue gas waste heat recovery process of 490t/h CFB boiler in Dongfang Power Plant is taken as the research object.Referring to the former researches about characteristics of separate type heat pipe,and the influence of the inclination on the heat transfer characteristic,flow characteristic,abrasion and ash deposition characteristic in the evaporator section of separate type heat pipe exchanger are considered.Results show that the optimum inclination of evaporator section ranges from 7° to 15°.The results may provide a reference for the process optimization of separate type heat pipe exchanger in the CFB boiler flue gas waste heat recovery device.
