摘    要:采用MSP430超低功耗16位单片机作为控制核心设计了一种新颖的太阳能追踪采集系统,该系统对机械装置中水平、俯仰两个自由度的步进电机进行驱动,先是根据时钟时间调整硅电池板到预定位置,再根据检测的光照强度系列值,把太阳能电池板精确调整到光照最强处,提高了处理速度和追踪的精度,使系统更加稳定可靠。同时利用单片机的AD12模数转换器实时监测充电电池电量状态。另外,系统具有无线射频传输模块,可以把系统采集来的时钟时间、温度、光强、电量状态等信息传输到上位机,实现远距离实时监控。该系统经过实际应用检验,达到了设计要求,能够稳定可靠的运行,实现了太阳能自动追踪的控制。

Abstract:A novel solar tracking and collecting system is designed with MSP430 ultra-low power 16 bit MCU. The horizontal and vertical locations of the systemrs mechanical device are controlled by two stepper motors. Firstly, the silicon solar panel is coarsely adjusted to a predetermined location according to the clock time. Secondly, the silicon solar panel is accurately adjusted to the location where the light intensity is the strongest according to the light intensity series. Therefore, the processing speed and tracking precision are improved and the system is more reliable. Since AD12 analog/digital convertor of MSP430 is used, the electric quantity of rechargeable batteries can be real-timely monitored. In addition, the information of light intensity, clock time, temperature can be transmitted to the upper machine by using the radio frequency transmission module. Then remote real-time monitoring is realized. The design requirements are achieved and the system is able to operate stably and reliably by experiment.
