基于IVI技术的仪器驱动程序开发

摘    要:为实现自动测试系统(ATS)中仪器的可互换,采用现阶段主流的IVI模型,利用LabWindows/CVI软件,通过IVI引擎实现了测试程序、类驱动和物理驱动的统一开发,并将基于这种思想编写的Ag81150A驱动程序应用于多个大型ATS中。结果表明,该驱动程序较好地实现了ATS中同类仪器的可互换性,并具有操作简单,易于扩展等特点。

Abstract:In order to accomplish the interchangeahility of instruments in automatic testing sytems (ATS), IVI model was adopted and instrument driver which contained test program, species driver and physical driver was developed by the aid of I.ahWindows/CVI. The Ag81150A driver written on the basis of the method has been applied to several heavy ATS. It is found that the driver can prefer- ably achieve the interchange of the same species instruments, and is easy to operate and extend.
