超高硬循环水处理配方缓蚀性能的研究

摘    要:在超高硬度的循环水中,复合水处理配方YSW-120在正常的腐蚀时间、循环水流速、温度下具有较好的缓蚀效果,动态模拟实验中,配合加酸调pH工艺,可使循环水中的Ca2+质量浓度达到2 000 mg/L,硬度达到3 000 mg/L,试管的腐蚀速率和黏附速率达到中国石化"好"级标准。

Abstract:The static corrosion tests and the dynamic simulative tests show that the complex formula YSW-120 has a good corrosion inhibition effect in high hard recirculating cooling water,in which concentration of Ca2+ can be as high as 2000 mg/L,hardness can reach 3000 mg/L,by adding acid.
