多肽水凝胶的研究进展

摘    要:多肽水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,是一种很有前景的生物材料,按照交联方式的不同,多肽水凝胶可分为化学交联的水凝胶和物理水凝胶,本文中按此分类对多肽水凝胶的研究做了一个总结和简要评述,同时阐述了多肽水凝胶具有智能水凝胶的特点,并进一步对其在生物医学方面的应用进行了介绍和展望。

Abstract:Peptide hydrogel is a kind of biomaterial with good developmental potential since it possesses good biocompatibility and degradability.Peptide hydrogel can be classified as chemical crosslinked peptide hydrogel and physical self-assembled peptide hydrogel according to its crosslinking style.Based on these two classifications,study on peptide hydrogel is summarized and briefly commented.Meanwhile,its characteristic as intelligent hydrogel is expatiated.Finally,its application in bio-medical field is introduced and forecast.
