疏水改性聚丙烯酸乙二醇/水溶液的流变特性

摘    要:通过沉淀聚合制备了疏水改性聚丙烯酸(HMPA),采用粘度法和流变学法研究了HMPA乙二醇/水溶液的疏水缔合行为和流变特性。研究表明:混合溶剂中乙二醇比例的变化明显影响HMPA溶液的流变行为。HMPA在乙二醇/水溶液中具有典型的剪切变稀行为。乙二醇在混合溶剂中比例的增加,HMPA的缔合行为受到抑制。表面活性剂分子TX-10与HMPA疏水侧链相互作用,在低浓度下促进网络结构的构建,增加体系粘度;在高浓度下诱导疏水基团解缔合。温度降低,HMPA乙二醇/水溶液中仍保持有效的网络结构。

Abstract:Hydrophobically modified polyacrylic acid(HMPA) was synthesized by the precipitation polymerization.HMPA in ethylene glycol-water mixture showed typical shear thinning behavior.It was found that the solvent have a direct impact on the rheology behavior of HMPA in ethylene glycol-water mixture,due to the changes in hydrophobic associations.Surfactant TX-10 induced the change of the number and strength of hydrophobic junctions and lead to the change of solution visicosity.The transient associative network of HMPA in ethylene glycol-water mixture was kept as the temperature decreases.
