| Abstract: | The corrosion of the process pipelines in atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit processing sour crudes and material selection are discussed. In addition to the adoption of effective process corrosion prevention measures, the pipeline system must be carefully designed and material must be properly selected to realize the long-term operation of the unit. |
