构建绿色出行公交优先的综合交通体系规划方法——以北碚组团交通发展战略规划为例

北碚组团位于重庆主城区西北部,一直以来具有组团内部出行比例高、慢行交通出行比例高的特点。该文从组团城市扩展与交通出行发展相结合的角度,分析城市面积扩展后对交通出行结构、居民出行距离等带来的影响。结合绿色城市、慢行城市的规划理念,从城市组团功能的划分调整入手,通过对组团的功能拆分,结合功能布局和交通走廊,重点布置以有轨电车、自行车系统相结合的慢行交通网络;对组团中心的集中步行区域,按照人车特性划分完全步行区、慢速区、普速区三个圈层,有效减小人车干扰,构建以人为本的城市中心区。

Planning Methods for Comprehensive Traffic System of Bus Priority for Green Trip
