摘    要:点火系统的优劣对火花点燃式发动机的性能有十分重要的影响,它主要体现在动力性、排放和稀燃极限等方面。在稀燃技术和代用燃料电控系统的研究过程中研制了微机控制的无触点高能点火系统,ECU利用霍尔传感器的信号方便地实现了点火提前角的调整优化和多次点火。将其应用于液态LPG的缸外、缸内电控喷射实验研究中,在提高动力性、经济性和改善排放方面取得一定的效果。

Abstract:Ignition systems greatly affect the performances of S.I. engines, such as power performance, pollutant emissions, and limit of lean burning. A high energy system based on computer control was developed. By using the signal of Hall sensor, it can be easily achieved to adjust the ignition advance and ignite multi times. The system was used in the experiment of LPG direct injection; it can improve power performance, fuel economy, and reduce emissions.
