| 摘 要： | 绿色施工是目前建设项目提倡的热点和今后的发展方向。绿色施工管理理念的实现，除了技术进步手段之外，还应当有相应的管理措施。本文分析了绿色施工理念在建设工程项目管理体系中的体现，其主要是通过对建设项目组织设计方面的改造，以及实施过程中的目标控制、现场管理等手段来实现的。

| Abstract: | Green construction is a hotspot and development trend at present, and which is advocated in building project. Realization of green construction concept needs control measures besides technological progress. In this paper, it is analyzed that green construction concept in management system of the building project is realized and materialized by reconstruction of the building project in organizing and designing, target control in the process of construction and site management and so on. |
