Abstract:The performance appraisal is an important part in human resource management,and performance evaluation of employees as a constituent element of human resource is a top priority.Based on KPI and taking the performance appraisal system of a cigarette factory in Liuzhou as the background,structured development methods are adopted to analyze the actual enterprise information requirements,and sub-frame of the system and function modules are designed.A structured,modular and top-down analysis is done and the specific performance appraisal system integrated with data storage,examination results statistics,sorting,assessment information and reporting capabilities is designed.
