武汉市停车问题的对策研究

随着我国经济的持续快速发展,居民生活水平大幅提升,出行机动化水平也不断提高,随之引发机动车停车泊位缺口不断增大的社会现实问题。该文从阐述武汉市停车现状着手,进而分析其形成原因,最后从管理体制、停车规划、停车价格、停车建设和停车信息化等5个方面提出了治理对策。

Research on the Solutions to the Parking Problem in Wuhan

With Chinese sustained and rapid economic development,urban residents＇ living standards and the level of travel mobility is also rising substantially,and this makes the growing gap of parking in social reality.This paper described current situation of Wuhan＇s parking,then analyzed its causes.Finally,five measures of governance were put forward from the management system,parking plan,parking prices,parking construction and parking information technology.
