职工收入分配的突出问题及解决路径研究

摘    要:我国高校岗位津贴制度的实施问题是我国高等教育改革的重点和难点问题。论文在肯定高校岗位津贴制度的实施成效的基础上,调查分析实施过程中的突出问题,进而对收入分配模式的完善进行探讨,即提出我省建立以聘任制为基础、以现代薪酬理论为指导、以岗位绩效工资为主、货币化福利为辅的现代高校教职工收入分配模式。

Abstract:The colleges and universities' implementation of post-allowance system in China is the emphasis and difficulty in higher education reform.This paper,affirmed the effects of it,investigated and studied the remarkable problems in implementation,and probed the perfection of income-distribution pattern.Our province established the income-distribution pattern of modern university faculty,which based on the appointment system,used the modern-salary theory as guide,gave priority to post performance-based pay and with currency-welfare complementary.
