基于冻融循环下沥青混合料温度冲击性能研究

摘    要:道路的融雪化冰技术会加速沥青路面冻融循环,反复的升温和降温使沥青路面由于温度冲击和水腐蚀而破坏。通过设计一套实验检测方案来评价加速冻融循环对沥青路面性能的影响。试验采用马歇尔试件和小梁试件,在-18℃和60℃之间进行多次冻融循环,测量试样的劈裂强度和最大弯拉应变来判断多次冻融循环对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明:混合料的骨架结构、材料组成对沥青混合料抗冻融循环性能有很大的影响。研究内容为融雪化冰技术在沥青路面运用过程中的功能性、耐久性评价提供了研究方法。

Abstract:The snow-melting and deicing technology could accelerate Freeze-thaw cycling of asphalt pavement,the pavement lead to crab because of temperature fatigue from temperature up and down repeatedly.A experimental program was designed to estimate the impaction on speeding up the Freeze-thaw cycles to properties of asphalt pavement.The experiment used Marshall and Beam specimen which was frozen and thawed repeatedly between-18 ℃ and 60 ℃,measured by the splitting strength and maximum bending strain,showed that the influence of freezing and thawing times on asphalt concrete properties.The result can show that framework structures of mixture and material composition has a great impaction on anti-freeze-thaw property of asphalt concrete.It can provide a research way for estimating the functionality and wear during this technology applied on pavement.
