摘    要:配电网电压等级确定是决定电网结构、电网供电能力的重要因素,影响电网建设、运行和管理的技术经济性.针对上海市南地区电网,提出了一种基于变电站分布模型的电压等级优化方法,根据220 kV变电站的位置和区域特点,提出了变电站点状、条状、面状分布的三种研究模型,采用了最小单位负荷年总费用法对高压配电网不同配置方案进行了经济性比较分析,确立了不同区域电网电压等级配置原则.实际电网案例研究验证表明了该方法的合理性.
