摘    要:电厂中通常根据汽轮机振动信号来间接监测动静摩擦故障,但由于测振仪表的局限性及转子质量较大等原因,效果不理想。针对这种情况,从理论上分析了振动表不能监测摩擦故障的原因,提出可利用声发射信号原理监测汽轮机动静摩擦故障的方法,设计了以8098单片机为核心的监测系统。

Abstract:It is not very effective to monitor friction between rotor and stationary of a steam turbine by vibration signal indirectly in power station because of the restriction of vibrometer and heavy rotor In view of the situation,this paper analyses the reason why the vibrometer can not monitor the friction in theory and advances a method monitoring the friction trouble in acoustic emission signal,a monitoring system has been designed which core is 8098 microcontroller
