摘 要: | 分析了多极永磁磁选机特点,研究设计了新型多磁极永磁磁选机,对多极磁选机的磁场分布及对磁性物选别的影响进行了分析。多极磁选机对提高精矿品位,降低尾矿品位有很好的效果,工业试验结果表明,在回收率基本不变的情况下,精矿品位提高了1%~1.5%,尾矿品位降低了0.5%~1.5%。

Abstract: | In this paper, the characterize and the magnetic field distribution of multi-pole permanent magnetic separator were investigated. The new type of multi-pole permanent magnetic separator was designed, which have good effect on improving concentrate grade and reducing the tailing grade. The industrial application examination show that the concentrate grade was improved 1%-1.5% and the tailing grade was reduced 0.5%-1.5%. |
