摘    要:出于资源利用和提高国产加脂剂档次的双重考虑,对以菜籽油为原料,研制香型氧化亚硫酸化皮革加脂剂的合成技术和产品特性进行了深入研究,确定了菜油甲醇酯交换、催化氧化和亚硫酸化的最佳工艺条件。该加脂剂制备工艺较简便,生产过程无三废排放,产品性能稳定。与文献报道的氧化亚硫酸化菜油加脂剂的制备工艺相比,本工艺具有酯交换温度较低,催化效率高,氧化反应时间短的优点。

Abstract:The preparation technology, product property and application technology of the oxidized sulfiting rapeseed oil leather fatliquor agent were studied to make full utilization of resource and enhance the grade of domestic fat liquor. Basing on large numbers of experiments, optimum technology parameters of methanol ester- exchange / catalytical oxidation and sulfite were confirmed. The results indicated that the performance of product stabilized, the preparation process was brief and three wastes were let off. Compare to other technologies, the advantage of this includes lower temperature/more efficiency of catalysis and shorter time of oxygenation.
