铜板带冷轧乳化液润滑效果研究

摘    要:在单因素筛选实验基础上,对硫系油性润滑添加剂(SCO)和磷系极压润滑添加剂(T306)复合使用的配伍效应进行了深入地研究.实验表明,当SCO含量为2%和T306含量为0.6%复合使用时,两者的配伍性能最差,而SCO含量为2%和T306含量为4%复合使用时,两者的配伍性能最好,轧制润滑实验表明,采用优化的乳化液轧制后,铜板带表面质量明显提高.

Abstract:Based on the screening test of Single factor,an in-depth study of the compatibility effect of the sulfide castor oil (SCO) and phosphorus-containing extreme pressure lubrication additives(T306) has been conducted.According to the experiment,when the content of SCO is 2%and T306 is 0.6%at the same time,the compatibility performance of the two additives is poorest.While when the content of SCO is 2%and T306 is 4%,their compatibility performance is best.The surface quality of the copper sheet is largely improv...
