| Abstract: | Cloud computing application status at home and abroad is described. The main technical characteristics, the basic application types and business models about cloud computing services are analyzed. Opportunities and challenges that cloud computing brings to telecom carriers are discussed and the operation models that are suitable for telecom carriers to deploy are also pointed out. Finally, the main problems of cloud computing large-scale services and applications which need to be overcome are analyzed. |
