| 摘 要： | 用 95%乙醇提取虎杖中的抗氧化物质 ,分别用 DPPH法、TBA法、碘量法测定其抗氧化活性 ,并研究了光、热、p H等因素对抗氧化物质的影响。结果表明 :虎杖提取物对自由基有很好的清除作用 ,且耐热、耐光性好 ,在酸性介质中可稳定存在。

| Abstract: | Antioxidative substances of polygonum cuspidatum were extracted with 95% ethanol and their antioxidative activities were measured by 1,1 diphenyl 2 picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical method, TBA method and Na 2SO 3 I 2 titrimetric method. The influences of light, heat and pH on the stabilities of these antioxidative substances were also studied. It was found that extracts of Polygonum cuspidatum have good scaveging effects on free radicals and is resistant to heat and light and stable under acidic medium. |
