摘 要: | 旋流静态微泡浮选柱在新疆阿舍勒选矿厂进行的铜部分优先浮选工业试验表明,在一次粗选、两次精选闭路流程下,用浮选柱可直接从原矿优先回收产率52%的高质量铜精矿,其中含铜27.74%、含锌1.27%、含砷0.20%,铜精矿质量明显提高,同时锌损失率降低,达到了快速优先部分浮出高质量铜精矿的目的。为后续铜锌分离作业减轻了压力,有利于提高铜金属的总回收率和总品位。

Abstract: | The industry priority flotation tests of the copper has been done in Xinjiang Ashele using the cyclonestatic microbubble floatation column. It shows that using cyclone-static microbubble floatation column may gain 52% high-grade copper concentrate from the raw 1.27% zinc, 0.20% arsenic. The concentration quality purpose of rapid floating high-quality concentrate in ore . The concentration contain 27.74% copper , markedly improved and zinc loss rate low. The test advance is achieved, Follow-up operations about the separation of copper and zinc become maneuverable. And it is advantageous to improve the over all recovery and grade of the metal copper. |
