主变压器有载调压控制回路的改进与完善

摘    要:针对电力系统内110 kV及以上变电站主变压器有载调压机构在档位调节过程中出现的无法正常闭锁有载调压机构、无法正常调档等缺陷,按照主变压器有载调压功能的设计原理对有载调压控制回路中存在的不足之处进行了详细的分析,判断出缺陷的发生是因为有载调压控制回路设计有误造成的。针对此缺陷,提出了如何正确改进、完善主变压器有载调压控制回路的有效措施。

Abstract:The loaded voltage adjustment construction of the main transformers in substations of 110 kV and above have in the files position adjustment process some defects, e.g. being unable to block the loaded voltage adjustment construction normally, being not able to normally shift gears etc. According to the designing principle of the loaded voltage adjustment function of main transformers, it analyses detailedly the above mentioned defects and states that the reason of the defects is the designing mistake of the loaded voltage adjustment and control loop. Upon that, some effective measurements for its improvement and perfection are given.
