阻尼减振结构参数特性分析及动态优化

摘    要:对阻尼减振结构参数的关取特性、阻尼材料的温度-振频效应及结构的断面形式对结构损耗因子的影响进行了分析。提出在变温度、振频状态下,实行参数解耦,把阻尼材料参数拟合成多项式方程,进行参数动态优化的方法。最后对推土机行走系的轮式阻尼减振结构进行了实际应用,进行了结构参数优化和试验,结果表明试验数据与理论分析相吻合。

Abstract:Several analyses are carried out in the paper,including relative characteristics for the structure parameters, temperature-frequency effects about the damping materials and influences on the structural loss factors due to different structural cross sections. A plan is advanced, in which the parameters are decoupled in variable temperature-frequency conditions,polynomial are fitted with damping material parameters, and parametric dynamic optimization methods are developed. Finally, a practical type of pipy damping structure is applied in bulldozer undercarriages,the structural parameters are optimized and experiments are performed. The results show experimental data and theoretic analyses are coincidence.
