摘    要:在供电企业客户关系管理(CRM)中,如何根据电力用户的需求选择适宜的激励方式,是供电企业必须解决的问题。利用效用函数、风险价值、多级模糊评价方法,分析了不同激励方式对各种用户产生的效果,并进行风险价值分析,提出了供电企业在实施CRM中的组合激励方法。最后用实例验证了方法的合理性。

Abstract:In the power supply enterprise CRM, how to choose a suitable incentive mechanism according to the customers' requirement, is an important problem that power supply enterprises have to resolve. Based on utility analysis, VaR and multi-stage fuzzy evaluation, the article analyzes different effects on various coustomers by different incentive ways and puts forward the CRM combination incentive method. Finally, an example is used to confirm the rationality of the method.
