尾矿配料的水泥熟料形成机理研究

摘    要:本文研究了四种尾矿的矿物组成,热稳定性、微量成分和加热过程相转变规律,确定四种尾矿的易烧性和活性。用四种尾矿配料的低热耗烧高强水泥熟料的机理,确定了尾矿配料熟料形成动力学。得出了尾矿配料和粘土配料的熟料形成的反应表现活化能和尾矿配料节能效果的理论计算值。

Abstract:The paper states mineral composition, thermal stability. Miero-composition of four kinds of tailings and their regularity of phase transformation during heating and defined their burnability and activity too. Dynamics of clinker formation with raw mix proportioning of four kinds of tailings are revealed by mechanism of burning high strength cement under low heat consumption. Theoretical calculation values of apparent activation energy and saving energy ef-fect from reaction of clinker formation with raw mix proportioning of tailings and clay are btained.
