摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为胶体保护剂,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为交联单体,采用无皂乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯类黏合剂。优化的聚合工艺为:75~78℃聚合3 h,80℃保温1 h,胶体保护剂PVA 1%,交联单体HEA 3.0%,功能单体MAA 10%。合成的丙烯酸酯黏合剂含固量20%~22%,pH值稳定范围为6~14,应用性能较好。

Abstract:The polyacrylate binder for pigment printing was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization,which taking methyl methacrylate (MMA) as hard monomer,acrylic butyl (BA) as soft monomer,methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer,hydroethyl acrylate (HEA) as crosslinking monomer.Optimum synthesis process was PVA 1%,HEA 3.0%,MAA 10%,polymerization at 75~78℃ for 3 hours,further reaction at 80℃ for 1 hour.With a solid content of 20%~22%,the synthesized binder featured good application properties with a wide pH range from 6 to 14.
