中速磨存煤量软仪表监测

摘    要:利用混沌运动初值敏感性,能在一定范围内按其自身规律不重复的遍历所有状态获取全局最优值的特点,在电厂现有的DPU中编程实现基于混沌优化BP网络的中速磨存煤量软仪表。离线训练与计算机仿真结果表明,本软仪表具有可行性和有效性,对实际生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:Due to no repetition, sensitive and random of chaos dynamics, chaos searching is imported to BP neural network. New chaos optimal BP algorithm has global convergence, no local minimum. A soft sensor of coal load measuring based on chaos optimal BP neural network is constructed in DPU. Computer simulation results demonstrate that the soft sensor is effective and instructive in field operation.
