运用任务驱动法构建高职分层教学模式探讨

摘    要:任务驱动法是高职院校教师广泛运用在高职教学中培养学生职业能力的行动导向教学法。但由于高职教师不能正确地运用小组合作学习进行差异教学,不能正确地运用多元评价评价学生,致使在运用任务驱动法教学中由于单一任务、单一评价标准缺乏针对性使教学目标难以实现。文章探讨了在任务驱动教学中运用任务驱动法构建分层教学模式。有利于高职教师在高职教学中做到因材施教,实现个性化教学,促进全体学生职业能力的提升。

Abstract:The task - driven method is an action - oriented method widely used in advanced vocational colleges by teachers to develop students' professional competence. However, a single task and a single evaluation criteria short of the specificity make it difficult to achieve teaching goal because teachers couldn't use group cooperation correctly to teach students according to vocational student' s personality or can' t evaluate students correctly with multiple assessment. This paper discusses the classified teaching mode with task - driven method. It is conducive for the teachers to teach according to individual in vocational teaching and achieve individualized teaching, promoting the upgrading of professional competence of all students.
