Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1大块金属玻璃的制备及性能研究

摘    要:用单辊甩带法和铜模铸造法制备了新型Ti基大块金属玻璃Ti53Cu27Ni12Hf3Al7Si3B1.DSC、DTA研究表明该合金具有较高的热力学稳定性,其第1晶化温度Tx1、玻璃转变温度Tg、过冷液相区间ΔTx以及约化转变温度Trg分别为705、750、45、0.63 K.压缩性能研究其压缩断裂强度、弹性模量和压缩塑性变形量分别为2 304 MPa、120 GPa和1.1%.研究发现,具有复杂拓扑结构的原子配比提高了Ti53Cu15Ni18.5Al7Hf3Si3B0.5大块金属玻璃的力学性能和热力学性能.

Abstract:New Ti based metallic glass with the composition of Ti_(53)Cu_(27)Ni_(12)Hf_3Al_7Si_3B_1 was prepared by melt-spinning and copper mold casting method. DSC, DTA were employed to investigate thermal stability of the glass. The results show that the first crystallization temperature (T_x), the glass transition temperature (T_g), the temperature interval of the supercool liquid region before crystallization and the reduced glass transition temperature are 705 K, 750 K, 45 K and 0.63 K. The compressive strength, the plastic (serration) strain and young's modulus under compressive condition are 2 325 MPa, 1.6% and 118 GPa, respectively. The complex topological structure of the atoms improves the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the Ti_(53)Cu_(27)Ni_(12)Hf_3Al_7Si_3B_1.
