| 摘 要： | 本文通过对疏桩基础沉降特性的分析，提出三种具有代表性的沉降计算方法（建筑桩基规范法、以沉降量为控制指标法、双层应力法）进行对比、分析，经工程实例验证得出，利用建筑桩基规范法计算的沉降量与实测沉降量比较贴近。
