摘    要:本文叙述了以硫酸铁作催化剂,用乙二醇。乙酸通过酯化反应合成乙二醇二乙酯的过程。并研究了反应物配比。催化剂用量。反应温度及时间诸因素对转化率的影响。实验结果表明,硫酸铁作为该酯化反应较理想的催化剂,具有催化活性高。操作工艺简单等特点。

Abstract:Ferric sulfate was used as the catalyst for esterification of acetic acid with glycol diacetate. Influence of glycol/acetic acid molar ratio, dosage of catalyst, reaction time and temperature on conversion of the esterification reaction was investigated. Experiment showed that ferric sulfate catalyst is featured by higher activity, ease in separation and simplicity in operation. Use of the catalyst instead of strong acids eliminates neutralization, washing and drying steps which are neccessary when using strong acids.
