铸造永磁合金模具的改进

摘    要:对铸造永磁合金的传统模具进行改进,减少横浇道的数量,增加了单模的产品数量。使熔炼工序产品的成品率从原来的35%~40%提升到50%~65%,大大提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The traditional casting mold used for permanent magnet alloy was improved. The number of horizontal runner was rednced and the number of single-mold products was increased. Which makes the smelting processes yield increased from 35%-40% to 50%-65%, greatly enhance production efficiency.
