| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的发展，构建开放的学习体系和终身教育体系的需求日趋迫切，而远程教育无疑是教学改革的一个突破点。本文介绍了流媒体关键技术，并且设计了基于该技术的远程教育体系模型。
