摘    要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)或甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,聚乙烯醇为分散剂, N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,并在体系中加入致孔剂,以程序升温的方式,采用悬浮共聚法合成了2种(甲基)丙烯酸短链烷基酯高吸油树脂P(BA MMA)和P(BA-BMA)。研究了树脂的饱和吸油率、离心保油率、吸油速度及缓释行为。实验表明,P(BA-MMA)和P(BA-BMA)吸油树脂均具有较高的吸油率,它们对CCl_4的饱和吸油率分别达36.93 g/g和39.16 g/g;P(BA-MMA)对甲苯的离心保油率达83.32%,P(BA-BMA)对煤油的离心保油率达87.16%;P(BA-MMA)对CCl_4具有较快的吸油速率,6 h基本达到吸油饱和,而P(BA-BMA)的吸油速率相对较慢,对CCl_4的吸收需要12 h以上才能基本接近饱和;P (BA-BMA)在最初的5 h内具有较快的缓释速度。

Abstract:Short-chain(methyl) acrylate high oil-absorption resins were synthesized by polymerizing butyl acrylate(BA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) or BA and butyl methacrylate(BMA),with polyvinyl alcohol as dispersing agent,benzoyl peroxide as initiator and N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide as cross-linking agent.A kind of pore-making agent was also introduced to the reaction system. The experiments were carried out by suspension copolymerization with programmed temperature-increasing. Oil absorption properties,such as saturated oil absorption capacity,centrifugal-method oilkeeping capacity,oil absorption rate and oil slow-releasing behavior,were investigated.Experimental results showed that the synthesized high oil-absorption resins P(BA-MMA) and P(BA-BMA) have high oil absorption capacity:the saturated absorption capacities for CCl_4 is 39.16 g/g[P(BA-BMA)] and 36.93 g/g[P(BA-MMA)],respectively.The centrifugal-method oil-keeping capacity of P(BAMMA) for absorbing toluene is 83.32%and that of P(BA-BMA) for absorbing kerosene is 87.16%. P(BA-MMA) also has high oil absorption rate for CCl_4;it can almost achieve saturation after absorbing for 6 hours,while P(BA-BMA) need at least 12 hours to achieve saturation for absorbing CCl_4. The oil releasing rate for P(BA-BMA) is fast within the first 5 hours.
