老河口油田适度防砂技术

摘    要:针对老河口油田馆陶组疏松砂岩油藏砂体含油面积小、物性条件变化较大、部分井泥质含量高、供液能力差、防砂后降产幅度大的问题,开展了适度防砂技术研究。通过系统的室内实验评价和防砂工艺的解剖分析研究,重新优选了陶粒作为防砂介质,改进了防砂器材和防砂工艺,现场应用获得了明显的防砂增产效果。该项技术改进不仅可以继续指导老河口油田的防砂工作,对其他油田的防砂也具有一定的参考借鉴价值。

Moderate sand control technology in Laohekou field

Abstract:According to the problems of small oil bearing area, great property variation, high mud content of some wells, low liquid supply capacity, and large oil rate decrease of sand control treatment for loss sand reservoir of Guantao zone in Laohekou field, the moderate sand control technology is studied. Through systematic in-lab experiment and sand control technology analysis, ceramsite is selected as the sand control agent, and sand control tools and technology are improved. The field application proves significant sand control and rate increase effect. The improvement of this technology may guide the sand control operations in Laohekou field, and provide some reference to sand control operations for other oil fields.
