摘    要:针对三元复合驱油井中泵筒及柱塞表面易结垢而导致漏失量大、泵效低、柱塞磨阻大、卡泵及油杆断脱频繁的问题,研制了无间隙自适应防卡泵。该装置包括无间隙自适应柱塞泵以及无间隙自适应刮削器两部分。柱塞泵利用液压自封原理,采用复合密封结构,漏失量小,泵效高,不易结垢和砂卡;刮削器采用弹簧结构使得刮削器对泵筒直径具有自适应功能,可实现对柱塞以上泵筒段无间隙有效刮垢,阻垢单向阀可以有效防止刮削器刮下来的垢颗粒的沉降,并随着井内流体排出井外。现场试验表明,该装置与常规柱塞泵相比检泵周期由50 d左右提高到400 d左右,统计平均泵效由42.25%提高到63.32%,大大提高了经济效益。

Development and application of seamless self-adaptive anti-stuck pump in alkaline-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding

Abstract:A newly seamless self-adaptive anti-jamming pump was developed to solve the problems of large amounts of leakage, low pump efficiency, great friction resistance, stuck pump and sucker rod breaking off frequently which resulted from the fouling easily deposited on the surface of pump barrel and plunger in oil well with Alkaline-Surfactant-Polymer (ASP) flooding. That device includes seamless self-adaptive plunger pump and seamless self-adaptive scraper. Hydraulic self-sealing principle and composite sealing structure were employed onto the plunger pump to realize low leakage volume, high pumping efficiency, little or no fouling and sand sticking; meantime, the spring structure was adopted to make that the scraper was self-adaptive to the pump barrel diameter and scraping seamlessly and effectively on the pump barrel section above the plunger, otherwise, fouling inhibition on-way valve can effectively prevents scale particles scraped by scraper from subsiding and flow out of the well with fluid. The field test showed that pump inspection period by using this device extended to 400 days from 50 days of the conventional plunger pump, the statistical average pump efficiency enhanced from 42.25% to 63.32%,improving economic benefits of oil well greatly.
