摘    要:中原油田文濮结合部由于断块多,钻进过程中出水、漏失、后效、“大肚子”井眼等现象严重,固井施工难度大。通过对各断块地层特点进行剖析,制定有效的防漏技术措施,结合分段压稳、局部封堵、全井防窜、环空加回压等措施,优选水泥浆体系,采用紊流加塞流复合顶替技术,较好地解决了文濮结合部固井难题,为今后该地区固井施工提供了技术支撑,并为老区复杂地层固井提供借鉴作用。

Cementing technology for Zhongyuan Oilfield Wenliu Pucheng joint region

Abstract:Zhongyuan Oilfield Wenliu Pucheng joint region tectonics locate in eastern Puyang topographic depression. Since numerous fault blocks exist in the region, and water emerging, circulation lost and severe kicking happen, cementing operations are facing big challenges. By serious analysis on each block stratum, and effective anti circulation loss technical measures, and combined with sectional pressure stabilization, partial plugging, overall anti channeling, annular back pressure adding measures etc., cement slurry system was optimized. Taking turbulence and plug flow complex displacing technology, the cementing difficulties were effectively solved in Wenliu Pucheng joint region, and it made technical support to the future cementing operations and accumulated experience for cementing works in similar complex regions.
