新疆稠油油藏复合吞吐技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对新疆油田红003井区蒸汽吞吐开采效果较差的现状,引进了高效复合化学药剂配合氮气辅助蒸汽吞吐的复合吞吐开采技术。室内实验结果表明,氮气对原油黏度的影响很小,但可以增加地层的弹性能量;加入复合降黏剂可以使稠油在高温下转变为牛顿流体,启动压力消失。对注蒸汽+氮气+降黏剂复合吞吐的压力场、温度场和黏度场进行数值模拟,开采效果显著优于单纯注蒸汽方式,可以明显延长蒸汽吞吐生产周期。现场对12口井开展了稠油复合吞吐技术试验,增产效果明显,可为同类型稠油油藏的合理开发提供经验和借鉴。

Research and application of compound steam huff and puff technology for heavy oil in Xinjiang oilfield

Abstract:Aiming at the poor recovery effect of steam huff and puff in well field Hong003 of Xinjiang Oilfield, high performance composite chemicals with nitrogen assisted steam huff and puff complex technology is introduced to improve EOR of this area. Laboratory studies have found that effect of nitrogen on the crude oil viscosity is very small, but it can increase the elastic energy of formation; besides, compound viscosity reducer transform the heavy oil into Newtonian fluid when temperature is high, making start pressure disappears. Numerical simulation results on compound huff and puff of steam + Nitrogen + viscosity reducer have proved that pressure field, temperature field and viscosity field are better than that of steam injection. As a result production cycle can be significantly prolonged. 12 wells tests were carried out with this technology on site and yield production was significant, which can provide experiences and lessons for the rational development of same type heavy oil reservoirs.
