| 摘 要： | 针对多齿差摆线齿轮泵设计中出现的齿廓重迭干涉现象,文章讨论了出现齿廓重迭干涉的原因,推导出了不产生齿廓重迭干涉的条件.在此基础上,分析了各齿形参数对齿廓重迭干涉的影响,提出了避免齿廓重迭干涉的措施和选择设计参数的方法.

| Abstract: | For the problem of profile overlapping interference in cycloidal pump with multi - tooth number difference , this paper discussed the reason for profile interference occurring and derived the condition for non -interference. Based on this condition, the paper analyzed the factors influenced on profile interference. The conclusions of this paper make the theory system more perfect. |
