摘    要:重点介绍了孝义铝矿铝土矿矿石类型,矿物组成、含量范围的分布特点,建立了XRF测定Al2O3、SiO2、Fe203、CaO、K20六个组份的分析方法,使用最为简便快捷的粉末直接压片法制样,用光谱法测定采场、堆场、配矿、皮带、车皮、民矿和地质队的铝土矿样中上述六元素,制样时间只需3min,测量时间仅为6min,达到了快速分析的要求,且数据难确,重现性好。

Abstract:Ore type,mineral composition,range of contents and distribution of the bauxite from Xiaoyi Bauxite Mine are presented.Analysis method for measuring Al 2O 3,SiO 2,Fe 2O 3,TiO 2,CaO and K 2O by XRF is established.The samples are prepared by the most simple and fast direct powder pressed disc method.The above six elements are measured for the samples from the quarry,stockyard,ore proportioning,belt,truck,peassant mine and geological team by XRF spectrometry.The time for sample preparing and measuring is only 3 and 6 minutes,respectively.The analysis is fast and the results are accurate with good repeatability.
