大型风力发电机组的电量采集系统

摘    要:介绍了WBZ型电量采集模块和西门子S7-300系列可编程控制器的通信模块CP340的功能特点;提出了适合于风力发电机组电量采集系统的通信协议。在此基础上,设计实现了两者之间的数据通信。该电量采集系统已成功应用于风力发电机组的电控系统中,并取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:The grid parameter-gathering is an important part of the electrical controlling system of large-scale wind turbine unit. At first, this paper briefly introduces the function and characteristic of WBZ electrical parameter-gathering module and communication module CP340. Then the communication protocol which is fit for the electrical controlling system of wind turbine unit is put forward. After that, the communication between WBZ and CP340 is realized. The system has been successfully applied to the electrical controlling system of wind turbine unit and a satisfying result is obtained.
